Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about Help Desk content — those practical, step-by-step guides that answer the “how do I…” questions your audience is actually typing into ChatGPT (and Google, and Perplexity, and wherever they’re searching).
In a world where people expect AI to hand them instructions instantly, those long-tail keywords become an absolute necessity. And I hate to say it because it sounds a little like fearmongering, but if you’re not showing up with clear, specific how-tos, someone else will.

I’m planning to share “Notes from the CMO Desk” on LinkedIn as part of my effort to build in public as we go. I’ll also share exclusive tips in this newsletter, so you can take what works and apply it to your own marketing and client marketing.
